About Chukail Meadows
Chukail Meadows, also called Chukail Banda, sits at around 3,000 metres in the Mankial Valley north of Madyan. A jeep ride to Kamar Khwa and a 2 to 4 hour trek through deodar forest opens onto wide green pastures ringed by snow-capped peaks.
Why it's famous
One of upper Swat’s most scenic trekking meadows, with Markhor habitat, wildflowers in June, and panoramic views of the Mankial range.
